- Elizabeth Gresey (it's pronounced \ gres-ee \) is a Chicago-based photographer and ceramicist. Born and raised in the midwest, Gresey has been interested in art since an early age. Young Liz swept coloring contests at grocery stores in the tri-county area. With the confidence of knowing she could color the best Easter egg in town, a relentless pursuit began to find any opportunity to show her work. As a Merit Scholar, Lizzy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Her work has been exhibited coast to coast as well as internationally. She was voted The Chicago Reader's Best Photographer in 2011. Liz finds inspiration in the unique allure of the city of Chicago, where she currently lives and works.
